Great place to stay has all major necessities, especially for your fur baby's. With big flat screens in each room, air conditioner and heating, full sized fridge lots of counter space. Very convenient locations around. With king soopers across the street, gas station, Domino's, a tire shop, convenient stores for drinks and a dollar store near by.

It's a quiet and comfortable place. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating through our move and has given us a very stress free experience while relocating from out of state. The place is very pet friendly and the walls are thick so no sounds get through. The kitchen is pretty nice a updated. Can't recommend this place enough.

Will and his property have been fantastic. We found this place in low place in time and have never been disappointed. Hes always willing to work with his tenants, always keeps it clean and quiet and shows up when you need him. It has a good yard for dogs and lots of parking. Has great access to shopping and transportation. If you need a place, this is the place for you!

Will (owner) is a nice guy with a great property! Right on colfax, but far enough west (close to Colfax and Simms) to not have to deal with the “colfax” vibe. Rooms are great and already furnished! Minimum of a 4 week stay, $500/week, so you don’t have to deal with the daily/weekly transients! Really feels more like an apartment than the “hotel” style that most extended stays are! And most importantly, ALLOWS DOGS/CATA OF ANY KIND!

This place is an hidden gym. From outside, you would never expect the inside. Full bathrooms, separate bedroom, walkin closet, and full separate kitchen (minus an oven, easily overcome with a counter top version) The owner/manager can be found on site certain days and always available by phone when not. Quiet with on site laundry, and neighbors have been pleasant superiors. Presented as a long-term rental, so daily rates dont exist ( im pretty sure) but the owner tends to favor long term renters. If a better option becomes available, he will offer to you at the same price. Not only does he prefer long term renters, he makes his appreciation know. You fur babies are welcome! No extra fee or deposit required!
Everything you see besides, besides personal effects, is provided. The included high speed internet is truly high speed with averaging download speeds consistently over 100mb. Slightly higher pricing compared to surrounding but for what's offered, truly well below its value!
